About the HOA

The Riverwalk Homeowners Association is made up of Riverwalk homeowners. It is managed by an elected Board of Directors, all Riverwalk residents. The Board’s responsibility is to maintain the beauty of our community by keeping the common areas and community assets in the best possible condition and to enforce the Covenants.

The Board is focused on improving the community by prudent spending of Association dues, undertaking projects for the good of the entire community, and keeping the membership informed.

Community-wide homeowner meetings are held every November. New officers are elected and the Board reports on the status of projects and the financial health of the community to its residents.

Communications Committee

The Communication Committee keeps the community informed of current and future events by publishing the quarterly newsletter, ensuring the community is aware of issues and events, maintaining the community Web site, and communicating Neighborhood Watch alerts.
